Pure Process offer the BM FILTER range of depth filters. These absolute rating cartridge filters are constructed using 100% ultra fine polypropylene fibes, developed solely by Chisso. The BM filters have continuously finer fibers from outside to inside and are thermobonded where the fibers come into contact with each other. Thus, the stable pores are formed and an ideal fiber density gradient is obtained.
Features & Benefits:
Fine Filter Rating: Fine pore structure by ultra fine fiber
Long Service Life: Depth filtration by large continuous density gradient
High Flow Rate - Low Differential Pressure: Simple structure using consisting of only fiber
Withstand High Differential Pressure: Three-dimensionally thermobonded structure
Very Stable Pore Size and Free of Media Migration: Firm bonding where the fibers come into contact with each other
Non-Toxic and Excellent Chemical Compatibility: FDA complied polypropylene fiber
Applications:
Food Industry: Beer, Sake, Shoucho, Amino acid, Drinking water, Corn syrup, Juices, Edible oils etc.
Electronic Industry: Cleaning water for IC-base, Etching solutions, Liquid crystals, Magnetic media, Photoresists, Ceramics etc.
